  • Solo freelancers are self-employed service provider who may or may not have a salon walk in service; they may offer their services either at the client’s home or their own home. Solo freelancer profile can only be used by one service provider.
  • Salon walk-in services are owned and managed as a business organisation that may also offer home services occasionally. Salon walk-in service is managed by one admin and he or she can add staff detail to their profile for client views.
  • Firstly invite them to download the solosalon user app, with your user ID your old and news clients can search you and add you to their favourite.
  • Under the menu, go on to manage my services and add service.
  • In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email of all service categories you require to info@solosalonapp.com, and we will add them as soon as possible.
  • Yes you can, under the menu you can add and remove promotional deals which will be available to your clients and potential clients.
  • On your menu select settings and manage you availability and profile settings from there
  • Yes. Your clients can book your service up to 1 month in advance.
  • Yes. You can register all your Salon, Health or Beauty Shops with SoloSalon Pro.
  • Business owners who manage more than 5 Salon, Health or Beauty Shop qualify for special offer. Please Contact SoloSalon by Email - info@solosalonapp.com for Special Pricing.
  • Under the menu, go on to manage products and add/remove product.
  • Yes. The service you offer and how you offer them are entirely up to you as a service provider
  • There are no limitations to the numbers of staff you can add or remove. Select menu > setting > profile details > staff details.
  • As soon as you mark client appointment as complete they will recieve a rating request
  • At Solosalon we want you to focus on service and product you offer, and leave adverting to us. We constantly engage in all social medial ads and commercial adverts so more users near you can discover your profile.
  • You as a service provider can offer deals on your services and products to old and new clients. To add/remove deals go to menu>select manage deals.
  • In addition, Solosalon offer users a reward point every time your clients complete their appointment (This way we believe will reduce no turn up which will effectively increase your profit). We also offer reward points when your clients refer their friends to use solosalon app.
  • All of these points can be accumulated and used as a discount for their future service. For more information visit our T&C.
  • SoloSalon will offer gift cards for promotions and purchase purposes
  • No. SoloSalon charges service providers on a 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 12 month subscription.
  • Freelancers are charged at the rate of £10 per month.
  • Business owner are charged at the rate of £20 per month.
  • SoloSalon subscription payments are handled by Google Play Store and Apple respective of which Devise you subscribe from.

You can receive payment from clients direct through a number of ways namely

  • Debit card payment
  • Credit card payment
  • PayPal payment
  • Cash in hand
  • No. solosalon does not take commissions from you on services offered nor do we take on product sold by you, all service and product transactions are made between you and your clients.
  • The only transaction between you and solosalon is your subscription fee.
  • Solosalon operates in an automatic mode; however you can allow more than one client to book the same service to correspond with the numbers of staff in your business.
  • No. Appointments made by clients are confirmed automatically and a reminder is set up on both parties calendar.
  • Upon completion of service, service provider will have to mark client appointment as completed in order for client to receive their reward points.
  • Your availability schedule is entirely managed by yourself, which enables you to make free time between services.
  • Clients can add special instruction when booking a service, which you can reply to. On your notification icon, just click the icon to read the additional instructions.
  • Once appointment is booked an automated reminder is set on the client’s calendar as well as yours.
  • Yes you can. Kindly inform the customer of the proposed rescheduled date
  • You will receive a notification whenever your services are booked and product purchased, also on your home page you can keep a track on the number of services booked and product purchased
  • You can manage your profile on the provider’s user’s app (back end) on any Android or ios device.
  • Yes they can, provided the account owner gives them access ID.
  • Yes. Your profile will appear whenever uses search for your service.
  • If your specialization doesn’t match any of the categories, add your business to the “other” category or suggest your category to our customer service department: info@solosalonapp.com.
  • Yes you can, other than offering service, solosalon enables you to sell product to your old and new clients with your own E-Shop.
  • The cancellation fee is used to commit the client to an appointment. You get to decide whether you charge cancellation fee or not this you must state on you profile, and how wide your window is for free cancellation, you get to decide that.
  • Yes you can, select earning from your menu; there you can keep a track on your earnings.
